It is again time for the Baby Bottle Blessing Campaign for Hannah’s Home. Sign out your baby bottle to fill with change, currency or a check. Return your bottle by Father’s Day, June 18th. Every coin counts.

MAY Food Cupboard Needs: Pancake Mix, Syrup, Pork & Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Spaghettios & Ravioli, Cookies, Juice, Toothbrushes & Toothpaste. Place them in the container in the back hall or foyer.

Are you saving your “Box Tops for Education”? Please turn them in.

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Mother’s Day After Party on Sunday, May 21st after worship!  Guys, this is your opportunity to show your appreciation for the ladies of our congregation and our visitors.  On the “Guest Check,” tell us what appetizer you are bringing next Sunday. Also indicate how many will be attending.  Go to the front of the sanctuary after worship and give these to Mike.

Parents of graduating students!  We know you are excited, but please take time to let us know about your student: a younger picture and a senior picture, short blurb about his/her activities, accomplishments and plans.  We need this info by May 28th.  Send to This email address is being protected from spambots. You are invited to celebrate Donna Bushnell’s retirement with her! The party will be held at The Bluff Shelter on May 29th from 2-5pm. Please RSVP to Diane Toomey at 440-239-1265 or Brian B. at 440-259-4719.

We offer our Christian sympathy to Amy and Milt Terrill on the death of Amy’s Dad, Lynn Whipple. The funeral was held Thursday.

Please indicate on your communication card if your prayer request/praise is to go only to the elders or also to be shared with those who pray every Sunday in the prayer room.

Directory Time!!  Thank you to those who have given updates to their information.  If you are not in the directory – or don’t know, but want to be, please fill out your communication card to let Marilyn know.

It is the elders’ pleasure to announce that Terry Croyle, Bill Kester, Paul Kimberly and Mike Moore have successfully gone through the elder process. We are once again looking forward to working with these men in the coming years. If you have any scriptural reasons why they should not become elders, please submit the reason in writing, over your signature, to Brian Bushnell by today, May 14th. If no objections are raised they will be considered elders of our church tomorrow May 15th.
